Ultra Lotto 6/58 was first made available on February 7th, 2015. The first draw was held on February 8, 2015. From February 8, 2015 to February 12, 2017, draws were held exclusively on Fridays and Sundays. Since the 14th of February of 2017, draws have been held on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

How to Play
Players must choose six numbers between 1 and 58, or they may play the Lucky Pick (LP) game, which generates numbers randomly and costs ₱20.00 for each play.
